Chi-Jobs is a free community listing board operated as a Three Green, LLC community project. There are no user accounts. Anyone may post, and every post goes live the moment it is submitted, without prior review. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Posters are solely responsible for their content. Because posts publish instantly and without verification, the person or business submitting a post is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and safety, and for compliance with the Posting Rules and all applicable laws, including labor, wage, and youth employment laws. Publishing a post is not an endorsement, verification, or guarantee by Chi-Jobs or Three Green, LLC.

No screening or verification. Chi-Jobs does not verify the identity of posters, the legitimacy of listings, or the character of any person or business. Students, parents, and buyers contact posters directly and must use their own judgment and follow the safety guidance. Chi-Jobs does not process applications, payments, hiring, or purchases, and is not a party to any arrangement between users.

Disclaimer of warranties. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chi-Jobs and Three Green, LLC make no representation that any listing is accurate, lawful, safe, or available.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chi-Jobs and Three Green, LLC are not liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from listings, communications, transactions, employment, or interactions between users of the board, or from reliance on any content posted here.

Indemnification. By posting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Green, LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your post, your conduct, or your violation of these terms or any law.

Removal and moderation. Posts expire after 45 days and may be hidden or removed at any time, for any reason, including reports or violations, without notice. Save your private management code; it is the only way to manage a post, and anyone who has it can manage that post.
